So OK: I'm not totally unreasonable. I suppose it's possible that I've put on a few pounds in the past few days. My goal now is to keep that from becoming, say, 20 pounds.
Step one is to get off my couch, where I've been reclining in between trips to the fridge for the past four days.
If I play my cards right, I can get back to normal before the Christmas/Hanukkah food fest. After that, of course, it's all downhill til swimsuit season.
